Come along and meet with our active solution team who shall introduce the levels of flexibility that we can offer on our distribution network, subject to technical feasibility including technical requirements. This may help you decide on how you would like to connect to our network.

Collectively this group of customers will help represent the views of the diverse range of individuals and organisations that connect to our network everyday.

The objectives of the SSEN Connections Customer Steering Panel will be as follows;
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of SSEN's connections service and plans for future developments.
Influence and inform our strategy for engaging with connections stakeholders.
Influence and inform our Incentive on Connections Engagement (ICE) strategy and workplan activities and commitments.
Advise and draw attention to key customer concerns.
Act as a sounding board and source of new ideas.
Influence development of SSEN strategic objectives.

Our approach to stakeholder engagement is based on a clear feedback loop: we heard, we changed, we checked.

Feedback from the Connections Customer Steering Group will be channelled back into the business at board-level (by influencing our high-level strategies) and our day to day operations via interactions with our Incentive on Connections (ICE) workplan and activities.
